This thing gets insanely hot. But is it actually useful? It can be. I literally used mine to crack a glass cup clean in half, which was awesome, and anytime I show it off, people immediately want one. As a cool lighter flex for your friends, it’s top-tier. Just be ready for some obvious design flaws. Issue number one: if you tilt it to point the flame straight down, it cuts out—most likely because you're starving the feed. If your goal is lighting a grill, skip this. A basic $2 flexible wand lighter will do a way better job. Same goes for starting a fire in a wood-burning oven; it’s just going to keep sputtering out on you, whereas a standard right-angle torch works 100 times better. Lastly, this thing guzzles fuel faster than a millennial speeding through a yellow light right before it turns red. It looks cool, but at the end of the day, it's mostly just a flex.
